A Taste Stop on the Eskişehir Road: Köfteci Yusuf

It is very important to find nice stopping points on the road as much as your destination, especially in automobile journeys.. In the past months, on the way to Eskişehir, I searched for flavor stops on the road.. I consulted my father, whose taste and knowledge I trusted, and he did not mislead me again. Here is where I met Köfteci Yusuf.. Of course, back then, I was unaware that I would be looking for a Köfteci Yusuf on the road every time I travelled.. Of course, it has many branches around Bursa, Yalova, Iznik. In fact, another branch was opened about 300 meters from Eskişehir Anadolu University Yunus Emre Campus.. What I am going to tell you today is what happened in Bozüyük.. Check out Köfteci Yusuf’s website for other branches.

Köfteci Yusuf’ How to Get there?

Köfteci Yusuf is located on Yeni Bozüyük Ring Road, right next to Sarar Outlet.. Pretty big facility. So you can’t miss it. This is a flavor stop that those going to Eskişehir, and especially Antalya, should not pass without stopping.

How is Köfteci Yusuf?

Obviously, most of the places that are famous on the roadside spoil a lot later on.. That’s why I was skeptical at first. But the abundance of trucks in the parking lot lessened my fears a little.. As you know, truck and truck drivers are pretty good at spotting nice places.

First of all, the place is huge.. So it’s very comfortable 600-700 people eat here.. This large size often results in late orders and poor quality.. However, this place is both very good in taste and one of the best I’ve seen in terms of speed.. It has so many visitors that, just like the buffets in Taksim, ready-made meat is cooked all the time.

I ordered 1 and a half portions of meatballs.. My order came to my table in less than 1 minute, together with the fried village bread and the sauce they prepared and sold.. After all, this is a place famous for its speed as well as its taste. Meatballs were delicious. If you are not alone like me, I suggest you order by kilo.

After the meatballs, I tasted the famous creamy bread kadayif here.. Frankly, it used to be too big, but now they have made small portions for those who can’t eat much.. i bought it from him. Both the meatballs and the creamy bread kadayif were the kind that cracked the palate.

How are the prices?

If there are truckers in a place, it should be as economical as it is beautiful.. This place really confirmed this thesis with its prices.. One and a half portion of meatballs is 15 TL, small bread kadayif is 3 TL, soda is 1 TL. Tea is free. Meatballs for a kilo are 50 TL, and chops are 60 TL.. You can also buy raw meat and sausage from here.. It’s also a butcher. Köfteci Yusuf, which was opened near the university in Eskişehir, is open until late in the morning and serves at the same speed.

What Did I Like?

  • Both very tasty and very cheap
  • The staff is very helpful
  • They are very fast
  • Tea is free
  • The sinks are very clean
  • There is a masjid for men and women inside for those who pray

I came across the article. But on their website they deny it. I hope what they wrote on their site is true.
