How to Go to Turunc ? If you are going to Marmaris Turunc from a far place, the most practical way to reach Turunc is, of course, by plane.. Speaking of transportation by plane, do not forget to read my article titled How to Find Cheap Flight Tickets.
If the plane ticket is ok, the rest is easy.. The closest airport to Turunc is Dalaman Airport. The distance between Dalaman Airport and Turunc is about 116 km. You can use Havaş or Muttaş to reach Marmaris from Dalaman Airport.. You can find Muttaş’s timetables and fare schedule at this link. After arriving at Marmaris Bus Station, transportation to Turunc is quite simple.. You can reach Marmaris Turunc minibus times from this link.
You must first come to Marmaris for road transportation to Turunc.. You can reach Turunc after 21 km from Marmaris centre.. If you are going to Marmaris by bus, you can take the minibus from Marmaris Bus Station to Turunç..
Finally, if you want to reach Turunç by sea from Bodrum, you need to take the Bodrum-Marmaris ferries.. There is also a ferry option from Bodrum and Datça to Marmaris.. It is very easy to come to Turunc after reaching Marmaris.

Turunc Bay and Beach
Looking for a beautiful sea in Marmaris, the address is definitely Turunç Bay and Beach. Turunc has a clean sea and a legendary beach.. There is both a sandy area and a stony beach on the beach.. You can hang out wherever you want and enjoy the sea.. Most of the Turunc Bay beach is filled with hotel sun loungers.. So you can use these for a fee.. However, a small area on the left side of the beach is reserved as a public beach.. You can use it for free here. The sea gets deep after 2-3 meters. The water is cool and smooth.
Turunç is a small holiday resort, but there are places where you can meet all your needs in general.. You can have a nice meal at the coastal restaurants overlooking the sea and enjoy Turunc.. You can also choose chain markets for shopping.. The location of Turunc Bay and Beach is here.
Turunc Marina
Turunç, which is the stopping point of excursion boats, does not have a standard marina that you know. This place looks like a fisherman’s shelter rather than a marina.. Sightseeing boats, sea taxis and fishing boats are located together in the marina.. Location here.
Ancient City of Amos

The Amos Ancient City, located 2 km from Turunc, is a real paradise on earth. This beautiful ancient city, which has not yet been unearthed, arouses a sense of wonder and mystery in your mind.. One side of Amos Ancient City is Amos Bay and the other side is Kumlubük.
You go up to the ancient city with approximately 150 steps of stairs.. When you exit, you see the Theater and Observation Terrace signs.. The view from the observation terrace is beyond super. It was great fun for us to fly a drone here.. You can see the Amos drone video in the stories that Üstün has pinned to Instagram.
Kumlubuk
The last stop of our list of places to visit in Turunc, one of our favorite bays in Marmaris, Kumlubuk. This is absolute paradise. When you swim here, you feel as if you are swimming in an aquarium.. A clean, glassy sea awaits you in Kumlubuk. Nothing like swimming with the fish. If you are lucky, caretta carettas can accompany you.. They came across us and it was a very nice feeling.
Kumlubuk is a very special place indeed.. Since this place is far from Marmaris in terms of distance, it is generally not crowded.. Except for weekends in summer. Because this beauty has started to be discovered recently.
The facilities in Kumlubuk are very limited.. It is useful to come prepared when you come here.. The closest markets to Kumlubuk are in Turunç.. There are suitable areas for camping.. We set up a tent here for 1 day.. It was a very good experience for us.. If you are looking for a clean sea in Marmaris, I wholeheartedly recommend Kumlubuk.. Location is here.
