Boboli is a pretty big garden. The statues, structures and fountains around the gardens are the most striking parts of the garden.. But apart from these, the places you might want to see are ;
1st Amphitheater
The Amphitheater, located in this octagonal courtyard behind the Pitti Palace, is more than Pitti Palace. It’s one of those places you’ll see right after.. Spread over a very large area, this Amphitheater is crowned with fountains and sculptures called “Artichoke”.. The Egyptian-made obelisk, located right in the center, was placed here in 1789.
When you go up the hill from the Amphitheater, the Neptune Fountain greets you.. This fountain, also known as the “Fork” (Fork), is among the must-see places.
2nd Kaffeehaus
Kaffeehaus was built in 1776 by the Lorena Family.. This cafe, which was built due to the fondness of coffee and hot chocolate of the noble families of the period, is just a simple building today.. No food or beverage service available here. However, according to the guides, a cafe is planned to be built here very soon, where visitors can relax and have a drink.
3.Grotto Grande (Great Cave)
The Great Cave, It is decorated with extraordinary examples of Mannerist sculptors and is divided into three sections.. In the first part, a natural shelter of the shepherds to protect from wild animals is depicted. The second part includes Paris and Helen.. Its architect is Vincenzo de Rossi. The third section is built by Giambologna and includes the famous venus bath.
It is possible to see many more places in Boboli.. My favorite places are the Koffeehaus and the Dwarf Morgante statue mounted on the Tortoise. You can visit the Boboli Gardens directly without visiting the Pitti Palace.. Most of the tourists see these gardens without visiting the palace.

If you buy garden tickets in combination, you will see more places and less crowds. you will be saved. You can reach these museums and the garden with the combined tickets sold as the Costume Museum, Boboli Gardens, Silver Museum and Porcelain Museum.. Although it is not as crowded as the Uffizi Museum or Florence Cathedral, it is still useful to buy your ticket online in the morning if you have the opportunity.
Boboli Gardens is open between 08:15 and 18.30.. You can reach here on foot from many touristic points.. You can reach here in 7-10 minutes on foot from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) and Vecchio (Old) Palace. Therefore, you will not need public transport.
