The Spaniards, as a nation that dominates the distillation process, tried to produce a new drink by distilling Pulque, and they were very satisfied with the result.. The drink that comes out after distilling Pulque is called Mezcal.. At the moment, of course, the processes are quite advanced, the production of Mezcal is made from scratch, there is no need for Pulque.
Mexico is a very large country and Mezcal of each region is also produced from different types of agave plants and additional ingredients, so each Mezcal has a unique aroma and taste.. Produced only in the city of Tequila, mezcal is made from blue agave and is famous for its wonderful aroma.. In fact, tequila surpassed mezcal with its reputation when it was a mezcal, and started to be known by its own name.
