For the dough:
- Just over half a glass of yogurt
- One egg
- One packet of baking powder
- Whole wheat flour
For the topping:
- Homemade pesto sauce (you can find the recipe on the channel)
- Cheddar Cheese
- Sucuk
- Pepper
- Tomato
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
We start our yeast-free fit mini pizza recipe by preparing our dough. Mix yoghurt and egg in a deep bowl. We gradually add flour as much as it takes and we obtain a soft dough that does not stick to the hand.. We make a round meringue and leave it to rest on the side.. By the way, don’t forget to run your oven at 180 degrees.. While our dough is resting, we chop and prepare the ingredients for the top.
Then we divide our dough into small balls and start rolling them one by one.. After opening each small piece, we place the pesto sauce, tomato, pepper, sausage and cheddar on the dough, and arrange our mini pizzas on the greased tray.. After repeating the same process for all doughs, we put the tray in the oven.. After cooking at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, you can enjoy your mini pizzas.
