Those who dream of Sandal introduce

Those who benefit from technology in line with the right goals and common goals are always successful.. Things that are often said to be impossible happen at an astonishing speed.. The mouths of those who say that it will not happen, that it will not happen, remain open.

Sandal is a town in Kula district of Manisa.. It is a place where agriculture and animal husbandry is widespread, it was granted the status of a town in 1994, and traditional life is common.. There are many centers that benefit from the incomes of domestic tourism that has developed in recent years.. Kula and its historical houses, Tapduk and Yunus Emre’s Tomb are almost equidistant from Sandal.. While these centers hosted so many tourists, no one heard the name of Sandal.

Ahmet Aydemir is a teacher who has been working in Sandal for years with his wife.. We meet Aydemir, who is a manager at Sandal Cumhuriyet Primary School, on the website called WowTurkey.com, where we share photos online.. Thanks to this site where there are thousands of photos from every region of Turkey, I had the opportunity to meet Sandal.. It’s a good place to say I learned the location of Sandal on the map thanks to Aydemir.

Afforestation, a social responsibility project realized with the cooperation of Sandal Town Nature Conservation, Afforestation and Sustenance Association, which was established last Saturday with the great efforts of Ahmet Aydemir, and WowTurkey.com website. I went to the town with my friends for the ceremony.

From all over Turkey; We gathered together to witness this ceremony from Adana, Bursa, İzmir, Ordu, Ankara and Manisa.. Those who could not attend and those who were informed about the existence of the ceremony through the website, submitted their contributions through others.. With the support of Sandal Municipality and Kula Municipality and the efforts of the Regional Forestry Department, a great work was undertaken together. In the first stage, we planted 100 cypresses, 60 lindens, 250 ungrafted almonds, 200 ungrafted almonds, 200 grafted pear saplings and nearly 100 pine pines on the 56 thousand square meter area that belongs to the village legal entity that it has allocated.. Although we are in the representative part of tree planting, these trees were planted on our behalf.

The area to be afforested and allocated is not limited to this.. Fruit trees will grow in the remaining areas with donations and contributions to the association.. Planting fruit trees has another meaning.. Many citizens in need of help live in the region.. Providing these citizens with additional income will be possible with the fruiting of these trees in the near future.

This small town, waiting to be discovered on a volcanic land, is the result of Sandal Lover Ahmet Aydemir expressing his thoughts and dreams on the internet. It has come a long way.

The name of the town, which continues its life on the side of the Ankara-İzmir Highway, where thousands of vehicles pass every day, can easily be heard on such a beautiful occasion, upon the efforts of those who want to succeed.. Moreover, it is necessary to thank those who came to Sandal from all over Turkey by heeding this call and wasting time and money.

Ahmet Aydemir said, “They go to Kula, they go to other places.. Why should they come to Sandal? they were saying. If he had given up from the beginning, no one would really come.. but we went. We are also very pleased.

Even though the fruit trees planted in our name will not grow far away from the places we live in before our eyes, we would be happy if we could contribute a little to nature and people with a nice event…
