Here is Bangkok Travel Guide..

Thailand’s capital city, Bangkok, has a population of 8 million.. The name of the city among the people is Krung Thep, the City of Angels.. The Thai name of the city entered the Guinness Book of Records as the longest city name in the world.

The country consists of 75% Thai, 14% Chinese and 11% other nationalities.. The official language is Thai, and very little English is spoken and 95% of the people are Buddhists.. Currency is Baht (THB). It is disrespectful to touch the head in the country and extend it to show the soles of the feet.. They admire and have incredible respect for their king, the richest and longest-reigning king in the world.

The best time for Thailand is the dry season from November to February.. If you bring your flight to Qatar Airways’ campaign period as we do, you can find tickets at very affordable prices.. We 2 persons found a ticket to Bangkok for a total of 2600 TL.

You will probably take a taxi from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport to your hotel.. For this, you need to register at the airport exit.. You can use Don Mueang Airport, especially if you are going to take a domestic flight to resorts like Phuket.. You don’t need to bargain with airport taxis, but bargain until the end as you will often use taxis and tuktuks for urban transportation.. If you want, there is also the bus Express Bus service that leaves from the airport.. For Khaosan Road, you need to take the AE2 line.

I can recommend The Grand Sathorn, which is a convenient and central option for accommodation in Bangkok. We paid 350 TL for 2 people for 2 nights.. There are much better hotels, but they are not cheap.

What to eat in Bangkok?

We love to eat street food but not much We lost weight in this unclean city; but we loved their famous food Pad Thai a lot. Seafood market SeaFood Market operating with the motto “If it swims, we have it” was also very nice.. Accompanied by an attendant, you choose seafood and salad ingredients from the stalls and put them in your shopping cart.. Then your meals are served to your table in a cooked way.. Alternatively, you can eat at Siam Center or Khaosan Road. 82 of the Baiyoke Sky Tower, one of the tallest buildings in the city. You can sip a cocktail at sunset against the city view on the 1st floor.. Remember, reservation is a must!

For shopping in Bangkok, night markets are famous. One of them is the Patpong Night Market, filled with go go bars where transsexuals perform. Another famous shopping mall Chatuchak Weekend Market. I can also recommend Sampeng Market in China Town. Negotiate to the fullest everywhere because everything is priced three or four times its value.

Places To See In Bangkok

One hour from Bangkok, You can arrange Floating Market from city tours or hotel. You can also make plans for a taxi driver to take you in the morning and bring you in the evening.

You can visit the temples on Rattanakosin Island in one day with a tight schedule.. You can observe the houses on the Chao Praya River by using Express Boats to reach here.. Transportation options by tuktuk or taxi are also available.. We chose the river route and took the boats from Sathorn port to see the beautiful temples.

When you get off at the Chang Pier stop, walk to the Grand Palace.. Entrance to the palace is 500 THB or 50 TL per person. Your arms and legs should not be exposed as the dress code at the temples is very strict. There is a section at the entrance where you can rent clothes, but I do not recommend it.. The Grand Palace, the grand palace of the royal family and the most important structure Wat Phra Kaew”, the “Temple of the Emerald Buddha”. Wat Pho Temple is close to the Grand Palace. Entrance to the “Reclining Buddha” sculpture of Wat Pho is 100 THB per person. Opposite the 43-meter-long legendary Buddha statue, there are 108 metal bowls symbolizing Buddha’s 108 auspicious acts.. People hope their wishes come true by throwing coins at them.. Inside Wat Pho there is also the “Traditional Thai Massage School” where Thai Massage was born.. The prices were a bit expensive compared to those on Khaosan Road, but getting a massage with that cleanliness and mastery against the temples was like being born again.

Wat Arun, the Temple of Dawn, can also be reached via riverboats.. Wat Traimit is the Golden Buddha temple made of pure gold weighing 5.5 tons in Chinatown.. You can visit the Siam Center area with shopping centers, and while you are here, you can visit the house of Jim Thompson, the American merchant who introduced Thai silk to the world.. The wooden house of architect Jim Thompson, who discovered Thailand while he was a soldier in World War II and settled in Thailand after the war, is located in an unbelievable garden in Bangkok.. My favorite is Khaosan Road! You’ve seen the famous backpacker street in every Bangkok movie.. Their bar is fun, you can get a foot massage at the Charlie Massage Parlor while drinking a beer on the street.. You can take a photo of the stalls selling insects and scorpions for food for 10 THB.

Two days is enough for Bangkok. If you’re planning a week-long trip, you can set aside the remaining time for Phuket, Koh Samui and Koh Phangan (especially full moon parties). We preferred Phuket. As a result, my friends, I admire to travel to every place with different cultures and leave our mouths open with amazement.
