Potato harvest with Pepsico

When I was invited to listen to PepsiCo’s story of how potatoes turned into chips, I couldn’t say no.

We had the opportunity to meet PepsiCo, who has planned 2 great days for bloggers, after breakfast on the first day. You may think we already know PepsiCo, but we had the chance to listen to PepsiCo’s support for sustainable and organic agriculture and all the processes of the potatoes planted in detail.

Social sustainability, support for education, CO2 Reducing the emissions, reducing the salt-fat ratio in chips, and water usage efficiency are among the social and social responsibility issues that PepsiCo attaches the most importance to.

After the meeting with the team on the first day, we had a feast with the meals prepared by Aydın Chef with PepsiCo products. I leave the detailed explanation of this part to the other food and beverage experts attending the event. Since I am not at a level to criticize food, whether good or bad, I will just state that they are delicious.

After the meal, we prepared our own dipsos in groups under the supervision of Aydın Chef, who said let’s see, let’s taste it this time. While the sauces prepared by your friends were very good for some reason, mine did not look like anything. Here, once again, it has been confirmed that I don’t understand much about food.

I can’t do it, but I’m not good at eating what’s done.

The Cappadocia tour we did together was the spice of entertainment.

The most enjoyable part of the event was the finale.. POTATO HARVEST!!!!!!

After the organically produced potatoes are collected, they are first sent to the cold storage and then to the factory and become chips.

Now I may have collected the chips you ate.
