Kars, one of our favorite cities in Turkey, is one of the places where snow suits its Baltic-inspired architecture.. If you ask where we should go in winter with its many Russian architecture from the past to the present, beautifully preserved historical mansions and buildings and of course very delicious food, it would be the first city we would say.. We love Kars! Moreover, when it snows and everywhere is white, it becomes a much more beautiful city, even above your expectations.. Another route to which we associate the winter season very well with Kars is Ani Ruins.. It must be seen with its deep history, snow-covered ruins and the view of Arpaçay, which forms the border with Armenia.
