Smilan Islands
We stopped at an island where corals and extraordinarily colorful fish were caught. We took our snorkels and threw yourself into the sea.. This fifteen-minute dive reminded us that there is not only a paradise above ground, but also a paradise below.. Another paradise island was “Smilan Islands”. Here we had the chance to swim a lot and also dive to see the corals.. The crystal blue sea, white corals and white sandy beaches were captivating.
As this is one of Thailand’s most important diving centers, it has also been approved by the National Geographic Magazine and Entered the list of the world’s top 10 diving centers. It’s not enough to see the beauty of the corals and the blue of the water when I dive at the back of the island.. The corals around the huge granite rocks extending to the bottom of the sea and the sea creatures that make them their home gave a very nice view.. If you say you don’t want to dive, you can swim in the sandy place in front of the island.. But there is no accommodation on the island.. We left here and set off again to see those very famous monkeys.
Monkey Island
There is no single beach when it comes to Monkey Island or monkey beach.. There are many places on the island where you can see monkeys.. While we were on our boat, we had the chance to stop at an island we saw and see the monkeys.. Monkeys aren’t very humane, don’t get too close.. I’ve learned that they even bite people who get too close.. So I suggest you just feed. They love bananas as you can see. Also, we offered a Coke to someone, he took it from us without saying no, and he started to drink a glass of water.. So they can eat and drink anything, you see, they don’t choose food.
Koh Phi Phi Leh Island
When we got on our boat and started sailing again, the excitement seemed to have increased a bit.. Scenes from the movie The Beach were in front of my eyes when I sped through the big rocks and saw the beach from afar.. Although the Thais later sued the producers, claiming that the nature of this place was deteriorated after the film was shot, the peace, sea and color here seem to have never changed.. This place is known as Koh Phi Phi Leh Island and is not open to accommodation. The island can only be reached by day tours from Koh Phi Phi Don.
Maya Beach
In Maya Beach, which is located between the mountains that cover both sides, both white and you encounter a beach and corals. It is quite crowded as it is a place preferred by tourists for a day.. But it’s always worth coming. The crystal-colored waters make you feel completely different.
Unfortunately, there is no accommodation available on the island, and there is no place to eat.. What to eat on the island; I can say a lot of Coconut. Food is out of the question on the island. I already think that nature can’t handle a cafe or something like that.. Since you come here with daily tours, you can have your meal on other islands you visit.. This is one of the dishes on an island we stopped by noodles. But the food at the place where we ate was very successful.. Back of the island, wooded. It really looks like a movie set when I first saw it, so pure, clean and natural.. The sea makes you feel different emotions, and the forest gives a different calmness.. When you have both, you become a completely different person.
Things to Do in Koh Phi Phi
