Easy Ravioli Recipe: How to Make the Easiest Ravioli?

Is there anyone among us who doesn’t like ravioli? I haven’t met anyone who doesn’t like ravioli until this age.. Although we love it so much, I guess that no one cooks ravioli at home often.. Because unfortunately, making ravioli is very laborious, takes a long time and is very difficult.. Well, isn’t there an easy way to do this, namely kevent logic? It is proven with experience, sir, it happens It is possible to make easy ravioli, which is no different from real ravioli, and you don’t have to deal with kneading the dough, opening it or closing it one by one.. Let’s see how to make easy ravioli together.

Fatma and I both love ravioli. I think it was 3-4 months after I came to Germany, one day I suddenly fell for ravioli.. Since it would be beyond us to sit down and roll the dough and close the ravioli, I thought of ravioli made from pasta.. But even they are troublesome, they are filled one by one. I needed a recipe where I could get results quicker. I said, “What difference does it make, other than the ground meat of this ravioli or cooked in the dough?” If I boiled the pasta and the ravioli in boiling water, I had to get the same taste, as a result, when making normal ravioli, the dough and the stuffing were boiled together in water..

I made my own easy ravioli starting from here and I was/were extremely satisfied. Since that day, whenever we crave for ravioli, we immediately apply this easy ravioli recipe.. After we found this method and got 95% the same taste, we didn’t look for real ravioli.. Let’s see if you’ll like it too.

Let’s start with the necessary ingredients for the easy ravioli recipe:

• 300 g minced meat

• One dry ravioli onion

• Parsley

• 2-3 cloves of garlic

• Yoghurt

• 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste (I use tomato- I use mixed peppers, it is slightly spicy, I recommend)

• Salt, pepper

• Olive oil

• Bow Pasta

Easy Ravioli I always start with garlic yogurt before preparing the stuffing.. It takes at least half an hour for the garlic to fully impart its flavor to the yogurt.. We chop/pound the garlic and mix it with our yogurt and put it in the fridge.. Then we chop the onion and parsley finely and knead with minced meat for our easy ravioli. Add some salt, pepper and olive oil to it.. If you chop the onions too big, they will separate from the ground meat and float in the water while they are cooking.. There is no change in taste, but it may be disturbing in appearance, so you can try to chop the onions finely..

Easy Ravioli after kneading the inside well, we boil water in a large pot, or as you can see in the video, we take the boiling water from the kettle and pour it into the pot.. Add some salt and olive oil to the water.. Then we pour our pasta into boiling water.. Stir a few times and wait for it to boil again. It will boil again in a minute at the latest.. When it starts to boil again, we break the easy ravioli in your hands randomly and throw it into the pot in small pieces.. Mixing in between, we break all our ravioli mortar and throw it into the pot.. Close the lid and let it boil for 5-10 minutes.. We check both salt and whether it is cooked by tasting it in between..

While our easy ravioli is cooking, we prepare our ravioli sauce. We heat our olive oil in a Teflon pan and add our tomato paste.. If you use tomato-pepper mixed paste, you can get a more delicious sauce.. When the tomato paste is roasted, we add cold water to it and bring it to a sauce consistency.. Be careful after adding water because it will splash as the oil and water will combine, so don’t bubbling too much.. When our sauce is ready, we can serve our easy ravioli.

It’s that simple! Enjoy your meal. Don’t forget to share the results with us if you try it
