SOFIA DINNER

At Restaurant Chevermeto we spend the night exactly as I described. Our table is filled with appetizers and appetizers, the glasses are filled. The Bulgarian Shopska salad is similar to the Greek salad.. Our motto is where the cheese is, we are there’, we order Shopska now. We love both Shopskaya and Kachamaka made from cornmeal and served with meat or cheese on top of hummus with pastrami. Folklore performances begin, lambs watch with great attention, old aunts and uncles pull the Bulgarian aunt.. We got up very early in the morning, ended the night at the height of the entertainment, paid a total of 66 Leva (approximately 100 TL) for our table consisting of a bottle of wine, appetizers and hot starters and returned to our lovely apartment..
