We love Sticky Toffee Pudding at the end of a delicious lunch accompanied by lamb, shrimp and a special beer produced by the venue.

After dinner, we are at The VIKTOR WYND Museum of Curiosities, Fine Arts and Natural History, a boutique museum with an originality worthy of our extraordinary trip. The owner of the museum, artist Viktor Wynd, made a collection of everything mysterious and strange, from stuffed animals, dried insects, human bones to fetal specimens, and then started exhibiting in this museum.. We are truly astonished by what we see…
3-CAMDEN TOWN
Should we walk or rest until dinner? Of course, we will give our name, we will take our breath away in Canden Town, a metro distance away. Camden Town is spread over a much wider area than in my memory, it has reached the point of being lost in its labyrinth-like passages, it has been hit by the street food event, the models in shoe stores have surpassed themselves in absurdity…
4-THE GLOVE CLUB
The wolf grabs the stray, it’s time to reunite with the Hendrik’s Gin Team. At the pre-dinner cocktail hour at The Clove Club We buy Hendrik’s Martini at Joyeux Bordel and go to dinner.
At Michelin-starred The Clove Club, one of the successful representatives of fusion cuisine After a pleasant fine dining experience, the night will end at Loves Company, an elegant retro cocktail bar.. Since it is the middle of the week, the environment is calm. Considering the intensity of the next day’s program, we end the night early.
5-WILLIAM GRANTS & SONS GIRVAN DISTILLERY, GLASGOW
He says the one who gets up early will take the road, we set out before the daylight. Like Istanbul-Ankara, we arrive in Glasgow in a time not worth getting on the plane.. Another Hendriks Gin Team greets us at the airport, and we head towards William Grants & Sons Girvan Distillery, where Hendriks Gin was born.. A bus ride into the mountains, we have bloody maries in hand, the weather is sparkling, the scenery is magnificent, life is beautiful…
A family-owned company that produces whiskey in addition to Hendrik’s Gin William Grand & Sons Girvan Distillery head distiller Lesley Gracie receives detailed information about the distillation process, and the rose, cucumber that forms the Hendrik by tasting and smelling method > and 11 other botanicals after the mini-training, if we have our materials and setup, we come to the point where we can produce gin:)
5-TRUMP TURNBERRY , THE LUXURY COLLECTION RESORT
Trump Turnberry, the famous golf hotel purchased by Uncle Donald Trump, where we will stay for the evening, arrives at the Luxury Collection Resort, in the rooms where we teleport to the Middle Ages. we’re enchanted while we relax.b
Now it’s a kind of golf game that’s pretty hard to hit. Nine yard Niblick Challenge time. Grand prize Hendrik’s pocket watch. We’re on our way to a top secret place deep in the forest for dinner.. The journey takes a long time, but it is worth our patience. In Craigengillan House, built towards the end of the Middle Ages, we are once again having a moment of teleportation to the dusty pages of history.
6-CRAIGENGILLAN HOUSE >
Even the word magnificent is not enough to describe the ambiance and taste experience we have.. I meet the most delicious warm smoked salmon salad I have ever eaten, and I reach Nirvana while spooning strawberry cheesecake.
Food Afterwards, we walk through the desolate forest and meet with The Scottish Dark Sky Observatory, and meet the stars at the only public night observatory in the world. Another trip that left an imprint on my palate comes to an end, we return to London the next morning and say goodbye to Hendrik’s Gin Team.
