Alsace Accommodation & Where to Stay in Alsace?
Who can say no to Europe’s Christmas mood! Especially to Alsace! At that time, we said that for those who are planning a trip to Alsace, it is necessary to write an urgent accommodation letter! Come now;
Alsace region, especially Colmar and its environs, is very popular all year round as it is a small region with a huge impact, which means that the number of hotels that are already scarce runs out quickly.. That’s why it’s very important that you book your accommodation as soon as you buy your ticket, and don’t leave it to the last minute
Let’s leave our Alsace Travel Guide article like this before we move on to accommodation in the Alsace region.
Strasburg and Colmar are the two most visited places in Alsace.. This means that accommodation options in these two cities can run out months in advance.. In smaller towns like Eguisheim, our job is a bit more difficult as there are fewer accommodation options.. But there is a solution;
If you can’t find a suitable hotel during the busy season like us, the most logical thing is to stay in Strasburg or Mulhouse.. We were able to visit other villages very comfortably within an hour between the two. Meanwhile, we have reached the Master level while searching for hotels and accommodation, so we leave our Alsace region accommodation suggestions as follows!
Cheap Accommodation in Alsace
Strasbourg Accommodation Recommendations
We stayed at the Hotel Diana Dauphine in Strasburg and we were very satisfied. We leave the link here. It is both close to the center (even right in the center) and affordable.
Apart from that, there were 4 more affordable and close to the center hotels we found in Strasbourg;
City Residence Access Strasbourg (very central): Link here.
Ibis Budget Strasbourg Gare Cheap and: Link here.
Ruby Suites (we searched a lot here!): Link here.
Aparthotel Adagio(extremely sweet establishment, we searched on recommendation) : Here is the link.
Colmar Accommodation Recommendations
Colmar is a little more difficult than Strasbourg, but it’s not impossible!
Let’s just leave the suitable and close to the center options that we found while looking for a hotel:. While we are researching, we always read previous visitor reviews, among the hotels we researched, the ones with very good reviews or those recommended to us by previous guests are as follows;
Colmar Hotel (around 65-70 Euros per night): Here is the link.
Hotel Les Maraichers (about 60 Euros per night): Here is the link.
Odalys City Colmar (55 per night) Around Euro and very central!): Here is the link.
And finally Best Western Hotel Bristol: Here is the link.
We left the cheapest for last.. We said we stayed the last night in Mulhouse. You can think of Mulhouse as the last stop of Alsace and as it is a bit more city-like, accommodation options are more.. So it is more appropriate. Afterwards we said it was good that we stayed in Mulhouse.. Also, the Christmas market is ef-sa-ne!
Let’s leave the Mulhouse suitable accommodation suggestions as follows;
Mulhouse Affordable Accommodation Suggestions
We are also in Mulhouse at the Hotel Bristol’ Upon this suggestion, we chose it as both affordable and in the center, and we loved it again.. We leave its link here.
Kyriad Hotel Mulhouse (central and convenient, around 60 Euros per night): Here is the link.

A highly recommended one to us; Let’s leave the Residhotel Mulhouse link here.
