We all dream of traveling abroad! It is a wonderful feeling to experience different cultures and landscapes in different cities.. Well, do international travels only consist of historical places visited?
The main element that will surprise you and expand your horizons in the countries you will visit will be culture. Having been in many different parts of the world, from America to Southeast Asia, from Europe to the Persian Coast, what impressed me the most was living in cities that exist with these cultures!
English for Getting to Know Cultures
If you want to experience cities and cultures, you must be in contact with people. Knowing cultures is getting to know people. I try to chat with a new person abroad whenever I can.
The stories I hear from the people I chat with give me brand new perspectives.. For example, a Norwegian who was angry with the ban on alcoholic beverages in weekend markets in Oslo said, “This is Norway !” It is one of the moments that I cannot forget my reproach. Even this person living in one of the richest and most prosperous countries in the world can complain just like us! So how do we get along with these people?
It’s not hard to find the answer.. Yes, we will do it in English. Whether we accept English or not, it is now the most effective way to communicate with people and build bridges in a globalizing world!

Does Everyone Abroad Speak English ?
<
Although their level has changed in all the countries I have been to, I have seen that everyone can speak English now.. Even in Cambodia, people greet you in English!
Although you may have difficulties in some countries such as Russia, this does not mean that there is no one who speaks English.
What Level of English is Required?
English abroad There is no need to give such “TOEFL, IELTS” to speak!
I should give an example from myself, I started this way with an intermediate level of English that I got from schools in our country.. Even though I had a hard time describing myself at first, this was an important touchstone in my development.
Even though I had difficulties in every situation I experienced abroad at the first time, the question patterns, words and freedoms that I could use in similar situations immediately started to come to my mind. Over time, I have developed my vocabulary accordingly.

My English Is Bad What Can I Do?
Okay If you say “my English is bad but I want to go abroad”. I suggest you try yourself on a simple grammar test.. If you have a knowledge of grammar at the level of “intermediate”, I think you are at least sufficient for abroad! The only thing you lack for this level is the word and some experience I think.
You need some training or study before you go for levels below this !
Speaking English Effectively Abroad
Of course, you also have the English you have you can use it effectively. I think that’s the main problem with most of us.. I can assure you that most of the people you will meet abroad are not English Professors.
You don’t take a test when talking to people.. That’s why it’s very important to be comfortable. You will learn the truth of them by making mistakes from time to time.. Already the more you speak, the more your self-confidence will increase.

How to Practice Without Going Abroad?
Well, before I go abroad How can I practice? This is the most difficult situation. Because unfortunately, we do not meet foreign people every second in our country.
I think it is the best option to go to touristic spots near you and be assertive with people you can speak English with.

Overseas Without a Language
Finally, wherever you go and whatever culture the other person is from, even if you don’t know anything, you will be able to communicate with her/him easily! Because our facial expressions , sometimes our glance and gestures sums it all up. Best of all, they don’t lie
I tried to give you a little encouragement on this subject today. I hope we can all experience different cultures in the most effective way and turn into people with a broader vision for our country, stay with love.
