Where to Eat Kebab in Samatya? Children’s playground and successful places are our priority as they provide us parents the opportunity to have a word with them.. In this context, all Develi branches are at the forefront of our favorite kebab restaurants list. Having come this far before meeting with Samatya Develi, I wish I could not meet Ali Haydar Usta right across Develi.. Ali meets Haydar Usta, I take my photo. Although its 5-storey building looks magnificent, when I enter inside, I observe that Samatya Develi cannot capture the ambiance of Ataşehir and Kalamış Develi.. There is a more average kebab atmosphere in Develi here.. Maybe it’s because he’s in Samatya, I don’t know. Another observation is that the knowledge and manners of the service personnel at Samatya Develi are much better than the other two Develis.. I like the attention and knowledge of the chief waiter. My favorite appetizers at Develi’s muhammara and raw meatballs maintain their priority here as well.
Roasted eggplant with yoghurt has a clear smell of embers, it is very successful. Although the red and green peppers in Gavurdağ do not fit the concept of gavurdağ, the balance of pomegranate syrup and walnuts in the salad is successful.. My only criticism is that more delicious tomatoes can be used this season.. After the appetizers, nesting soup combines my favorite seasoned soup concept with lamb meat like my other favorite Turkish delight, and I drink it with love.. Even now, while I am writing these lines, I am swallowing the water that comes to my mouth :). The rice and minced meat of the stuffed aubergines, which I generally do not prefer to eat because the stuffing has a more watery consistency, is very fine.. lahmacun, which is served in the shape of a heart, is also very crispy, even though I am afraid that there will be no room for meat, I can’t help myself from eating it.
Develi, served as the main course, has pistachio. Although I normally like kebabs, the peanut content here is too much, the taste of pistachio is so dominant that I almost cannot taste meat. Fortunately, the following seasoned lamb shish, cooked to the fullest extent, cheers our palates.. Intense seasoning is used in the preparation of the meat, but the meat spice ratio is balanced in the mouth as the meat is arranged in large pieces in bottles..
