How should a good CV be, some information that I believe will be useful for both general job application and abroad job application I shared it in my previous article for strong>. In this article, I will try to answer the how to find a job abroad question by explaining what I know about how and where to look for a job abroad, and to help those who want to work abroad.
Let’s say we have prepared a CV that we believe is good, how do we send it to companies abroad? Or more importantly, how will we find the answers to questions such as which companies are in which country and how are these companies looking for employees? When I got a job offer from a company in Munich that is big in its field and has offices in many countries, but unknown in Turkey, everyone’s first question was “where did I find it”.. Now let me explain where I found it and make it easier for those who want to follow a similar process
Your own Company Finding a Job Abroad
First of all, I must say that it is not easy to find a job from scratch, which is the method I follow, that is, it is not easy to send a CV to an advertisement on the internet and wait for a response.. The relatively simple method is to apply to the branches or representative offices of your company abroad. Because in this case, since the company already knows you, you will have a reference and this reference will create an important trust for the recruiters in the place you plan to go.. In addition, since you are already working in that company, you will know the general rules and the work done, and this experience, which will allow you to adapt to your new job more easily, will also provide a very important advantage.. So, first we start looking for a job by researching whether the company we work for has the opportunity to send us abroad.
Finding a Job Abroad with the Help of Friends
Let’s say which we are not so lucky and the company we work for does not have a branch abroad or the possibility to send it abroad. Let’s move on to plan B: Help from friends working abroad. For example, if you are thinking of going to a country/city in Europe, your acquaintances living there can give you valuable information such as which sites you should look at, which sector is most sought after.. Even the best friends who work in the companies you are considering applying to.. If you know someone like this, do not apply yourself after you find the post that fits you, ask them to apply for you.. In this case, which we can say to be a reference or ‘referral’ in half English, your CV will be given priority because it comes from someone the company knows (a friend).. In many companies, if the reference person is accepted to the job, your friends will be willing to refer you as a bonus payment is made to the intermediary employee, so feel free to ask.
Finding a Job Abroad from Scratch
In case you haven’t tried this or you don’t have such friends let’s think. Let me remind you that we need to be patient and not get demoralized, as we are faced with the reality of ‘self-employment‘, which is the most classic method.. How to go to Germany if you want to learn about my troubled process so that it is an example that you do not only experience these difficulties? You can read my post.
When you think of looking for a job, you probably thought of Linkedin. LinkedIn is the right platform for both job search and searchers to find you, and it is widely used abroad.. So make sure your information there is complete and up to date, if not, update it.. In addition, do the following (after this part it includes ‘plaza Turkish’):
You need to dress nicely when you go to work, right
